GLIMMERS IN THE GRANULAR

Tiny Truths. Big Sparks.

For the woman who feels life is hard and knows there's a way through. You already carry the answers. This is how you find them.

A 10-month mailed experience blending self-reflection, energy techniques, and soulful practices, one gentle glimmer at a time.

Maybe you're a mom.

Maybe you're a businesswoman.

Maybe you're both; carrying one version of yourself into the carpool line and another into a meeting an hour later.

Whichever one you are, or however many of you there are…

You Know This Day

Your alarm goes off. You're tired, but hopeful. Today feels like it might be different. Before your eyes are even open, the list starts running. Who needs to be where tonight. What's for dinner, though you haven't figured out lunch yet. Your own stuff gets wedged into whatever gap opens up between everyone else's.

And if you're doing all of this while also showing up for a job, the list doesn't get shorter. It gets heavier.

Once school lets out, it's a different gear entirely. Pickups. Drop-offs. Someone needs to eat, someone needs a ride, someone needs you to just listen for a second while you're already thinking about the next three things.

By three, you're running on a Starbucks and momentum alone. You're exhausted, and the day, the mom day, is only just beginning.

Somewhere in the middle of it all, your mind catches on it anyway. You still haven't figured out how to help your parents the way they actually need. Or you think of your partner, and the distance between you that you can't quite close no matter what you try. You push the thought down. You’re not sure what to do. Besides, you don't have time for it right now.

By ten you can finally sit down. The couch barely dents before you're back up for one more thing somebody forgot. When you do stay down, you realize you never actually ate, just bites standing at the counter between everyone else's plates. Your own list, the one just for you, is still sitting untouched. There’s always tomorrow.

In bed, your body is finally still, but your mind isn't. It's either gone completely blank, burned down to nothing, or still running, replaying the day, rehearsing tomorrow, circling the one thing you can't seem to fix no matter how many hours you give it. Sometimes it's your marriage. Sometimes it's your parents. Sometimes it's the job you can't figure out how to lead or love anymore.

Maybe you're a mom.

You've Already Tried

You've Already Tried

You've tried the things people tell you to try. You've read the book. You've asked the friend who always seems to have it figured out, hoping she'd hand you the trick. When that didn't quite work, you found other women who understood and let yourselves complain together, hoping it would somehow sort itself out.

You told yourself it was temporary. This season will end. Things will calm down after the school year, after the busy stretch at work, after whatever crisis is currently pulling everyone's attention. You've watched it get better before, so you wait for that to happen again.

Sometimes it gets better. Sometimes it doesn't.

That doesn't mean something is wrong. It means something is ready.

This Is Your Place To Breathe Again

What To Expect

Each month, a sparkling envelope arrives in your mailbox. Part story, part guide, part gentle mirror. It's half-letter size, with 22 pages per issue. A booklet packed with insights and guidance you can easily implement for self-discovery: easy to hold, easy to tuck into your purse or a journal.

Inside you'll find:

✦ One Timeless Truth — a core idea with mini-teachings to experience and guide you for the month.

✦ One Energy Insight — each issue brings a single, focused teaching from the energy world in language that feels alive, not academic. Topics include Human Design, astrology, energy release techniques, and beyond.

✦ Short Reflections and Embodied Practices — to help you integrate these truths into real life. Simple and soulful.

Each Glimmer builds upon the last, moving from curiosity to clarity, from insight to embodiment. Month by month, you'll begin to understand yourself more deeply — gently uncovering the truths that have been waiting all along.

Some months will hit you immediately. Others will sit on your nightstand for a week before they land. Both are fine. There's no falling behind here. Nothing breaks if life gets full.

By the end, you'll hold a collection of teachings that reflect who you have become. Together, each Issue creates a book that you have experienced with your presence. They remind you of what you noticed, what shifted, and what you finally let yourself see.

Ten Months. Ten Glimmers.

Your Ten-Month Journey
Here's where we're going together. Ten months, ten teachings, each one building on the last. You… Becoming You… one month at a time.

Issue 1: Asking "Why" Is a Game Changer
Inside, you'll discover the most important question to begin laying the foundation for your Glimmers journey. Stay curious, not critical. You'll start asking why you react rather than what's wrong with you.
Inside this issue: the Why Spiral technique, a grounding body reset, your first look at your Human Design, and more.

Issue 2: You Don't Have a Problem. You Have a Misunderstanding
What if the thing you've been treating as a problem is actually a gap in self-understanding? You're not broken; you've just been operating without your full manual.
Inside this issue: The Genuineness Compass technique, a quiz to determine which part of you leads, your Strategy & Authority in Human Design, and more.

Issue 3: Finding All the Parts of You
This month, we explore the hidden parts of you that have been quietly running the show and how to give yourself a gentle tune-up.
Inside this issue: a technique for pausing when a protective part takes over, an attachment-style quiz, your Emotional Compass by design type, and more.

Issue 4: Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Body
Shift from mental spinning to embodied knowing. This month delves into how your body's wisdom guides your timing and decisions.
Inside this issue: the Mind Chatter Decoder, a somatic release technique, your Return to Self practice in Human Design, and more.

Issue 5: Pick Your Own Feelings
Your emotions are invitations, not mandates. This month is a field guide to understanding what they're actually telling you.
Inside this issue: an EFT tapping technique, a body-based emotional map, your emotional weather pattern in Human Design, and more.

Issue 6: Choose It On Purpose
Everything you've gathered starts living in your everyday now. This month turns your insight into control, habit, and ritual, and your energy work expands beyond Human Design into astrology.
Inside this issue: the Body, Boundary, Focus technique, a Build Your Own Reset Routine practice, your Big Three in astrology, and more.

The next four months are still unfolding, as any real journey does. Here's a taste of where you're headed.

Issue 7: Not Everything You Feel Is Yours
Energy from others, situations, and environments can seep into your field when you’re open or off-center. This month focuses on energetic hygiene and protecting your inner space.

Issue 8: Where Are You Going? Direct the Flow of Your Life
You’ve learned to relate to what quietly runs your life. Now the shift begins, from reacting to directing and from listening to what wants to move through you next.

Issue 9: Love Is the Reason & Self-Love is the New Self-Care
Love, through grief, joy, and everything in between, becomes the thread that ties it together this month, through genuine inner kindness and gentle energetic care.

Issue 10: Bringing It All Together
Everything you’ve gathered—tools, awareness, self-trust—comes together as a personal toolkit you’ll return to again and again.

Ten months from now, you'll have a collection of tools that are entirely yours. Solid ground. And a much clearer sense of who you are coming home to.

If something in this list calls to you, that's worth paying attention to.

What Others Had To Say About Glimmers In The Granular

So lovely. This hit me exactly when I needed it to. I certainly recommend having a little time carved out to review this and read thoroughly. I feel like it hit me and all of these different areas that I needed but also in supporting my family better.

-Katy Poole with Katy Poole Wellness

This definitely pulled me in and kept me curious. This chapter felt like a subtly powerful introduction to energy concepts, your higher self, and human design. I learned about myself and new techniques AND I felt hungry for more!

-Laura Hughes

This is a great booklet to better understand your thoughts, emotions and how they affect you on a daily basis! How to be more mindful and present and understand rather than understate our response.

This Is For You If…

  • You tell people you're fine. But are you really?

  • Maybe you already tried the big fixes. The move. The new job. Ending it, trying again, hoping a fresh start would finally work.

  • Some of it helped. None of it touched the real thing. I know, because I tried it too.

  • You don't need another fresh start. You just need to stop waiting to feel like yourself again.

Hi, I'm Rebecca.

I've spent over a decade sitting with women in the middle of their lives, in the quiet, difficult space where something has to change. I know this terrain well. Not just professionally, but personally.

Divorce. Graduate school in midlife. Caring for my parents through their transition. Building a business from scratch. Finding love again. I've walked the path I'm asking you to trust.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Coach, and Intuitive Healer, I've supported hundreds of women through profound life changes, and what I've learned is that real transformation isn't just about changing your thoughts. It's about reclaiming your truth and your spark.

I'm a mother, wife, entrepreneur, and healer, devoted to helping women return to themselves and create lives that feel deeply alive.

Glimmers in the Granular grew out of something I noticed in my work with clients: certain insights kept coming up again and again. The ones that opened doors. The ones that turned confusion into clarity and quietly changed everything. I found myself sharing the same pivotal teachings with client after client, watching them land like keys in locks.

I wanted to take those teachings outside the therapy room and put them directly in your hands.

Each insight is intentionally bite-sized and easy to absorb. But don't let that fool you. These are powerful, the kind of tools you pick up, put down, and find yourself reaching for again six months later when life asks something new of you.

You'll return to these tools as you need them. They never go out of date; they simply grow more useful. That's by design.

If this speaks to you, I’d love for you to join me inside the Glimmers.

More Words From Our Readers

"The only thing that stops me from signing up for most things is lack of time. So this being short and to the point and packed with goodness makes it a no-brainer."

"This is a tiny commitment that anyone can do in the margins of your day. I kept it in my purse and read it in chunks while I was waiting here and there. The short sections make that easy, and I could always pick right back up where I had stopped."

"It is short, simple, and deep at the same time."

"My overall feeling after reading was that of trusting yourself, the way I was made. Not trying to change my fundamental self, but instead seeking alignment and a peaceful feeling, rather than forcing myself to fit into a mold that isn't, and never was, for me.”

And here’s the thing I want you to know…

"Each Glimmer is a small, powerful spark of wisdom that I've found myself sharing with clients again and again over the years. These aren't abstract teachings; they're lived insights that change lives in quiet, profound ways."

A Message For You

Dear Quietly Hopeful,

Life has asked a lot of you.

Maybe it's the marriage that didn't hold, or the aging parents who need more of you every year. Maybe it's the career that looked right on paper and left you hollow, or the kids who needed everything, all the time. Whatever it is for you, it's one thing. The thing you can't seem to think your way out of, no matter how many hours you give it.

You've handled it. You always do.

But somehow, handling it isn't enough anymore. You're not willing to settle. Somewhere underneath the capable, responsible, keeps-it-together woman you've become, there's another one. She feels like a tiger in a cage, gnawing at her tail as she longs for her door to open.

This leaves you secretly disappointed and wondering what you did wrong. So, you hide your whole self from others, yes, but mostly from yourself. Ignoring what your truth really is. Not trusting what you really desire. Misunderstanding who you really are at your core.

Despite all this, there's a part of you that hasn't given up. It's the part that downloaded the meditation app. The part that bought the journal. The part that still believes there's a way to feel better, even if you haven't quite found it yet. And these days, you feel closer than ever before.

You've already made a lot of strides and feel grateful for the good things in your life. You're not looking for a total reinvention. You're looking for solid ground. A way back to yourself that doesn't require blowing up your life to find it.

That's exactly what Glimmers in the Granular is for. Consider this your open door.

With Love & Expansion,
